Motorcycleridersaccessories.com is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150.00. All other orders will carry a FLAT SHIPPING RATE of $6.99. We attempt to process and ship orders within 5 days. Normal charges apply for expedited or rushed orders . Most orders are shipped UPS Ground.
International Customers: Flat shipping rate of $30.00
Canadian Customers: Flat shipping rate of $20.00
Return Policies
Risk-Free 30 Day Guarantee
We offer a 30-day Risk-Free Guarantee because we're confident in our products and want to earn your confidence in us. This guarantee gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund (minus shipping). It's that simple. Items that have been worn or scratched will not be accepted.
Return Process
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to shipping charges. A return authorization number (RA#) must first be obtained by calling 1 866 946-1008 or by e-mail at JRSIG@aol.com. Each returned package must have the RA# clearly marked on the shipping label or package. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear.
Once we receive the returned item and it is accepted, your exchange, credit or refund will be processed. Please be sure to request signature for the returned item to guarantee receipt by JRS Internet Group, LLC. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted. Returns with no RA# or those that do not require signature cannot be guaranteed.
How to Prepare a Return
To return an item follow our simple three-step process:
- For your return authorization number, email us at JRSIG@aol.com. and you will be given a unique RA# . Write this code on the shipping label or package you are returning.
- Please include all original packaging. For security reasons, do not write descriptions on the outside of the box.
- To guarantee receipt, require signature via the carrier of your choice. Return the product to JRS Internet Group, LLC. at the following address:

Backorder Policy
In the event your item(s) are back ordered, you will be notified. You will have the option to wait for the item(s) to be shipped to you, change or cancel your order.
Damaged Goods Policy
If a product was shipped to you in error, proves to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us by email at JRSIG@aol.com or by phone at 1 866 946-1008 so we can resolve the problem. Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
